Data protection declaration
We protect your data on the basis of the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data collection and processing by our company.

Personal data is understood to be all information that relates to a specific or identifiable person.

If you provide us with personal data of other persons, please ensure that these persons are aware of this data protection declaration and agree to its disclosure by you.

Usage data
When you access our website, we record the following data in a log file:

- IP address in anonymized (shortened) form

The data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and is not passed on to third parties. The data is deleted after six months.

Provision of chargeable services
For the provision of chargeable services, we ask for additional data, such as your address, email address and telephone number, if applicable, in order to be able to process your order. We store this data in our systems. This data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g. logistics companies, banks) if necessary to process your order. If we pass on data to third parties, we comply with the legal requirements and conclude, in particular, to protect your personal data, order processing contracts or similar agreements with the respective recipients.

If you contact us via the website or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, address, e-mail) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law.

Please note that we reserve the right to enforce the restrictions provided for by law, for example if we are obliged to retain or process certain data, have an overriding interest in doing so.
